On Products, referred to manufacturing guarantee. 

Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of refund, if signed contract and made deposit but PDH Construction LLC didn’t do any work or ordered any products for the job for 10 days, the deposit will be refunded in full, if work was done or got any products or materials on the first 10 days of signing contract and deposit, the cost of labor and materials will be deducted from deposit, 3% fee will be charged for booking, reservation and processing of the job, the remaining total will be refunded.
• If customer change their minds after 10 days of signing contract and made deposit and don’t want to continue with the project, Labor and materials costs will be deducted, an 80% of the total remaining will be refunded, the 20% left will be used by PDH Construction LLC to pay for fees of booking, reservation, and processing of the job.
• If PDH Construction LLC cancel a contract for any reason after 10 days  of deposit, 97% of total paid will be refunded to the customer, the 3% remaining will be used to pay for fees of booking, reservation and processing of the job.
• if customer cancel a contract and PDH Construction LLC already done any work, the labor and materials already used will be deducted from total deposit, plus 20% for processing fees
• State of return on products:
• defective or broken before 5 days (e.g. with original packaging ) can be return and exchange for a new one.
• Reason for return, if customer got any product from PDH Construction and still on its original packaging and unopened , it can be returned in the next 10 days of purchase! after that 10 days it will be a restoking fee of  $100 or less of equal amount under $50 will be charged .
